Assist the Secretary for Health in the political aspect of setting Health policy objectives and priorities, formulating policy and legislative initiatives so as to achieve agreed objectives and priorities, and related implementation issues
Support the Secretary for Health in handling Legislative Council (LegCo) business and strengthening the working relationship with LegCo
Assist the Secretary for Health in the political aspect of engaging and liaising with LegCo Members, the media, other stakeholders, and the general public
