SFH on hairy crabs

Following is the transcript of remarks made by the Secretary for Food and Health, Dr Ko Wing-man, after attending a public function today (November 6):

Secretary for Food and Health: We are still in close liaison with the quarantine authorities in the Mainland. We hope to be able to meet with them to discuss in detail the operation arrangements of these (hairy crab) farms in the Mainland as well as on the technical aspect of the testing for dioxin.
