Public hearing on Health Care Reform
The Health and Welfare Bureau will hold a public hearing for the Consultation Document on Health Care Reform on Tuesday (December 19).
The hearing will provide an open forum for members of the public to express their views on the reform proposals contained in the consultation document, including the introduction of Health Protection Account, the setting up of a Complaint Office, and the transfer of general out-patient service from the Department of Health to the Hospital Authority.
The Secretary for Health and Welfare, Dr E K Yeoh, will attend the public hearing which will be held from 6.15 pm to 7.30 pm at the Auditorium, 3/F., MacLehose Dental Centre, 286 Queen's Road East, Wanchai.
