Licensing Appeals Board members appointed

The Chief Executive Tung Chee Hwa has, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 125A(2) of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, made the following appointments to the Licensing Appeals Board (LIAB), it was gazetted today (Friday).

They are :

Their term of service will run from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2000.

The function of the LIAB is to hear and determine any licensing appeal lodged under section 125 of the Ordinance.
