SHWF to visit Beijing

      The Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, Dr York Chow, will visit Beijing on Friday (November 5) to strengthen ties with the relevant Mainland health authorities.

      While in Beijing, Dr Chow will call on senior officials in the Ministry of Health to discuss issues of mutual interest.

      Accompanying Dr Chow on the visit will be the Permanent Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food Mrs Carrie Yau and the Director of Health, Dr Lam Ping-yan.

      Dr Chow will leave for Beijing on November 4 and return to Hong Kong on November 6.
