SHWF grieved by death of a doctor

The Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, Dr Yeoh Eng-kiong, was grieved today (June 2) to hear the death of a doctor who contracted severe acute respiratory syndrome while serving at the Tai Po Hospital.

"I am saddened by the loss of a dedicated doctor who has given her life saving patients.

"My deepest condolences go to her family at this sad moment," Dr Yeoh said.
