The Secretary for Food and Health, Professor Sophia Chan (centre), held a press conference at Central Government Offices this afternoon (March 1) to elaborate on the initiatives in the 2019-20 Budget under the Food and Health Bureau. Also present at the press conference were the Permanent Secretary for Food and Health (Health), Ms Elizabeth Tse (second left); the Director of Health, Dr Constance Chan (second right); the Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene, Miss Vivian Lau (first right); and the Chief Executive of the Hospital Authority, Dr Leung Pak-yin (first left).
