Government appeals for blood donations to save lives (2018.7.18)
The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung (first row, seventh left); the Secretary for Food and Health, Professor Sophia Chan (first row, sixth left); the Chairman of the Hospital Authority (HA), Professor John Leong (first row, eighth right); and the Chief Executive of the HA, Dr Leung Pak-yin (first row, seventh right), support a two-day blood donation drive held by the Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service at the Central Government Offices on July 18. A number of Directors of Bureaux, Under Secretaries and Political Assistants, as well as other senior government officials, were also present to show the Government's enthusiastic support.
